ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS AND THE CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

Confirmation of this reservation implies your acceptance of the general conditions and our cancellation and no-show policy.

CREDIT CARD AS GUARANTEE

Your credit card details are requested only as a guarantee for the amount corresponding to the total given in the booking confirmation.

Seven (7) days before the date of the reservation, the bank will hold the respective sum as guarantee but will not make any charge providing that our cancellation and no-show policy are complied with so that guests will pay directly at L'Opéra at the end of their experience.

RESERVATION RECONFIRMATION

We will contact you a few days before to remind you of your reservation and requesting your reconfirmation before entering into our cancellation and no-show policy period.

In addition, our reservations department will contact you the same day of your reservation, directly to the holder of each booking, with the aim of reconfirming the booking once again, the number of guests and time of arrival. In case you cannot be reached at the phone number that you have provided, it is essential that you get in touch with our reservations department for confirmation before 17.00 hours. You will be able to do this by phone or by e-mail.

SPECIAL REQUESTS

We cannot guarantee a specific location inside our dinning room.

We always take note of special requests received from our clients in that sense although this doesn't imply any guarantee that the request will be met.

DRESS-CODE

Please come with an appropriate smart dress code.
Twisted looks will always be welcome!
No short pants and sandals for men are allowed.

CHILDREN

L'Opéra is an experience designed for adult audiences.
NO ACCESS TO CHILDREN UNDER 18 YEARS.

TIME SCHEDULE

We work to create an unforgettable experience at L'Opéra. We kindly ask you to be punctual to ensure a smooth experience.
If the weather conditions are good, the experience will begin in our Terrace, where you can enjoy an aperitif in a unique place. The main room will open later, to receive all the guests after the welcome aperitif. We recommend you to come early in order to enjoy the full experience (Opening: 9:00 p.m)
In the case of a delay on your arrival, L'Opéra will not be responsible if you cannot enjoy the full program.

TOLERANCE TIME

If any problem arises you can contact us at the phone +34 971 933 777.

Keep in mind that if you don't show up at the time of your booking, and we can't contact you over the phone you have provided to us, we can only keep your table for a maximum of 15 minutes; after that time the table will be given to another customer and the penalty charge deriving from our cancellation and no show policy will be applied.

CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICY

– Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the confirmed reservation date or no-show entail a penalty charge of € 250 per person.
– VIP Reservations: a booking fee of 500f the total amount of the reservation price will be charged, as a non-refundable guarantee, at the moment of confirmation.

BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS SCENARIO

Aperitif service on the terrace is subject to weather conditions.
In case of bad weather conditions, everything will be ready for your enjoyment in our inner room.

SPECIAL PROGRAMME DAYS

During our Season L'Opéra 2016, we will organize special parties which will be published on our website and social networks.

• At that time, the main room form of L'Opéra changes to create a club / party mode, so some tables are removed creating a space where can dance and enjoy the music.
• Our ability of tables in club / party mode is thus less than the capacity during Live Dinner Experience, so we can't promise a table for all concerned.
• LIVE DINNER EXPERIENCE bookings should occupy their table until 1.00 a.m. Afterwards customers can choose to book a club / party table by calling our reservations department on the phone no.: +34 971 933 777 (subject to availability).
** Prices change according to schedule and special events.
• If you are not interested on booking one of our tables in club / party, you can always continue with us enjoying the evening and being served in one of our bars.

Schedules are in relation with the tables reservations for party days:

• Tables for Live Dinner Experience: reservation valid for the whole experience until 1:00 a.m. (days without special programming are not subject to this limit)
• Tables Club / Party: can reserve the table from 1:30 a.m. until closing.

* Our reservations department will do everything possible to find a solution for all concerned to continue enjoying the night in one of our tables in the club / party mode.
